Jessica Bay has been a supplier of wholesale fragrance oils, potpourri oils & refresher oil since 1999. We started out by just selling fragrances, potpourri oils and fragrance oils. Our wholesale customers soon started asking for glycerin soap and other wholesale fragrances. We also sell an all natural lotion, bath salt, dyes, pigments, glycerin soap molds, bottles & cosmetic jars.

Our wholesale fragrance oils are man made fragrances that can be used for a variety of purposes. Our fragrance oils are not diluted and all of the wholesale fragrance oil are used to make cosmetics, candles, potpourri fragrance, refresher oil, incense sticks, incense fragrance, incense cones, incense cones, fragrance oils. Our wholesale fragrances can also be used in fragrance oil burners, potpourri simmering pots. Candle Makers: Use approximately 5% fragrance oil to wax ratio.
Soap makers: Use 1 teaspoon of fragrance oil or less per pound. Use approximately 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of fragrance oil per pound of lotion, bath salt, body scrubs, body butters and other personal care products.
